Who hasn't heard of FrogBeer? Located in several districts of Paris and beyond (Bordeaux, Toulouse), FrogBeer is the oldest micro-brasserie still in operation in the Paris region. Founded on rue Saint-Denis in October 1993, under the impetus of British entrepreneur Paul Chantler, FrogBeer is now much more than a pub. For 24 years, it has been brewing a wide range of award-winning craft beers in its brewpubs around the world.
Over the past three years, FrogBeer beers have won no fewer than 37 medals in the world's leading competitions (World Beer Awards, Concours Général Agricole, International Beer Challenge, Concours International de Lyon, Dublin Craft Beer Cup, Brussels Beer Challenge, etc.).
FrogBeer now offers free guided tours (booking required) to share their passion with a wider public.
Every other Wednesday, at 6:30pm, at one of their Parisian breweries, just a stone's throw from Trocadéro, these tours take you behind the scenes of a real craft brewery!
The program for each tour? A tour of the brewery guided by the brewers, as well as an introduction to the equipment, raw materials and art of brewing, not forgetting beer tasting directly from the fermentation tanks, and a " Blind Tasting " competition. Visitors will also have the chance to take home an information sheet as a souvenir.
