Le Perchoir Menilmontant reopens its rooftop terrace on May 19

If you're told " Le Perchoir ", you'll answer " trendy 400 m² rooftop, offering an incredible 360° view over the rooftops of Paris and its monuments...". Open since June 2013, this bar-restaurant, nestled on the 7th floor of a building at No. 14 rue Crespin du Gast, in the capital's 11th arrondissement, was quickly snapped up, thanks to dazzling word-of-mouth and social networks... Smile, because Le Perchoir Ménilmontant plans to reopen its doors on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, health conditions permitting.

On arrival, there's nothing indicated, but don't look, you're there. The courageous will try the spiral staircase, while others will take the elevator to the right.

With its simple decor (tables and chairs made from recycled materials, a bar built from wooden crates and set up under a tent-like canvas), Le Perchoir can hold up to 165 people - more than enough for those sipping a cocktail on the roof, but not enough for those queuing up to reach 7th heaven...

But apart from the trendy decor featuring recycled objects, plants growing everywhere and the beach bar, the main attraction of this place is its magnificent view over the capital.

In addition to the bar, Le Perchoir also boasts a sheltered restaurant, tucked away on the 6th floor. Thanks to the succulent dishes on offer at the Table du Perchoir de Ménilmontant, gourmets are sure to come back for more!

Due to the current health situation and restrictions, the Perchoir Ménilmontant is adapting its opening hours. Exceptionally, the rooftop restaurant will reopen on Wednesday May 19 and Thursday May 20, as a terrace-only event, with a small catering service available on site. Then, until June 9, the Perchoir Ménilmontant will welcome you on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 9pm. Until June 30, the rooftop bar and snack bar will be open Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday to Sunday from 12pm to 11pm, subject to change in response to new health measures. Finally, after June 30, and again subject to modification in line with new sanitary measures, the bar and snack bar will be open Monday to Thursday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., Friday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12 a.m. to 2 a.m. The restaurant La Table au 6ème will then reopen from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm to 2am.
