In the heart of summer, Paris' 9th arrondissement hosts a unique celebration of gastronomy and education. Rapper and actor JoeyStarr, in association with renowned chef Grégory Cohen, have concocted an exceptional culinary event, entitled"Bien manger", to celebrate the arrival of fine weather.
The day of June 3, 2023 promises to be rich in gourmet experiences and educational encounters. JoeyStarr and Grégory Cohen will set up shop at the Mairie du 9e from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., where they will propose a dish and a dessert that are easy to reproduce, to be served in all the arrondissement's school canteens.
On the June 2 preceding the event, they will meet with a class from collège Gauguin to share their recipes and discuss the importance of eating well. A unique opportunity to raise awareness of the importance of respecting the environment, eating well and promoting know-how.
For the occasion, the Mairie du 9e is transformed into a farmers' market, showcasing agricultural and catering trades. You'll discover a space dedicated to local producers and breeders, culinary masterclasses given by chefs and professionals, as well as workshops and discovery stands.
