The concept was a resounding success from the outset. Three years ago, the Ephemera group's first Parisian address opened its doors in the 13th arrondissement. The curious had the opportunity to discover Under The Sea, a fascinating immersion in the heart of the oceans.

In the midst of a sound and light show, diners enjoy their plates as tableaux take us in turn to the heart of colorful reefs, the deep blue sea and the mysterious abyss.
And so Ephemera 's Parisian adventure began. The Under the Sea concept was quickly followed by the opening of two other immersive addresses: space-themed Stellar and Jungle Palace, which takes us to the heart of lush nature.
If Under the Sea is on your list of addresses to try out, then watch out, time is running out: Under the Sea, as you know it, is due to close its doors in March, although the exact date has not yet been announced. It has to be said that the concept of this restaurant was originally intended to be ephemeral. And if one thing ends, another begins. A future Ephemera project is set to take over with a concept that looks like a new version of Under the Sea. It's due to arrive in Paris in the spring of 2025:
