In March 2022, Paris welcomed its very first immersive restaurant: Ephemera. The concept? Entertainment on and around the plate, with immersive decor and sublime projections to accompany every moment of our meal. For this premiere, Ephemera plunges us 20,000 leagues under the sea, taking us into the depths of the ocean. Between coral reefs, intriguing abysses and the deep blue sea, a poetic and musical scenography takes us under the ocean.

A year later, it's time to swap the seabed for a new adventure. Yes, the Ephemera concept is spreading to the capital to offer another theme to gourmets looking for an unusual culinary experience. From April 25, 2°23, a very special mission, even a space mission, awaits Parisians of all ages. As you may have guessed, Ephemera 's second theme takes us to infinity and beyond.
Stellar is the spot that puts us on the trail of an expedition into space during this immersive experience offered by Ephemera. In this second restaurant, you can expect to find a menu in keeping with the interstellar decor. The restaurant is spread over two floors, with projections on the walls, planets suspended in front of our heads and even a room from which we can observe the moon through portholes.
Amidst the stars, the appetizers include Nebula, which turns out to be an excellent homemade tarama, meteorites (actually a crispy chicken karaage), a vitamin-packed fish space won, and other delicious treats. Please note that the photos in this article show reduced portions from the restaurant's inauguration. They are not representative of the dishes as served in the restaurant.
So, are you ready for a meal with your head in the stars?
