Brunch under the stars every Sunday in July at Stellar

Sunday astronauts, are you ready to embark on this special, ephemeral spacebrunch, available only every Sunday in July 2024? Discover other galaxies at Stellar, Ephemera's immersive restaurant in the 11th arrondissement, with original dishes concocted for the occasion, in a unique and affordable menu for the quantity, at 35 euros, consisting of four courses and a hot or cold drink.

Put on your spacesuit, get ready for take-off, discover the Big Bang, avoid the black hole, pass through a stellar cloud and enjoy a stopover on Pluto, before returning to base with stars in your eyes! Children are also invited to take part in this gustatory and visual voyage into space, with a specially adapted menu. We were able to try out this special menu, which is both delicious and well-balanced, in the midst of asteroids and galaxies, which add amazing colors to our dishes!

A special mention goes to the Big Bang, which lives up to its name by thrilling the taste buds with a perfect blend of textures, from the crunchy crumble to the delicious velvety stracciatella, a starter that's best served with bread! Cocktails and cold drinks accompany the brunch, from hibiscus and passion fruit iced tea to raspberry and vanilla smoothies, adding a touch of sweetness that would make even a meteorite explode!
