Paris is full of great adventures, including for lovers ofimmersive experiences. Between exhibitions, shows, restaurants and even bars, multisensory concepts are multiplying in the capital, to the delight of the curious in search of original outing ideas. This time, we're turning our attention to lovers of science fiction, travel and space age: in the 8th arrondissement, an immersive bar takes you into a colorful retro-futuristic universe.
Head for rue d'Anjou to board Unplug, an astonishing bar imagined by Romain Caron, whose spaceship-like décor was designed by architectural studio Mur.mur. Here, we find a creative cocktail menu designed by mixologist Victoire Spanneut to take us on a journey around the world, right down to the art of service. The recipes are inspired by three continents: Asia, Africa and South America, revealing creations that echo the nature and cultures that inhabit them.
In fact, through the porthole, you can admire the view of our planet before your journey begins. Because this imaginary ship is about to take us on a round-the-world trip! The screens are synchronized, and an immersive 360° spatialization system immerses us in South-East Asia, the seabed, the heart of the African savannah, the Amazon jungle and the glaciers of Patagonia... all you have to do is admire the show!
