French Toast &Co: Pain Perdu shop in Paris

To all gourmets, a new store has just opened in Paris. Nestled in the Gare de Lyon, the French Toast & Co. kiosk has chosen to honor Pain Perdu, the famous recipe that has lulled our childhood!

After the boutiques dedicated to choux pastries, éclairs, madeleines and macaroons... Discover French Toast & Co., a new brand that invites you to return to your childhood by (re)discovering the famous French toast!

Behind French Toast & Co. are three enthusiasts: Anne-Cécile Martineau, Nicolas Haelewyn (the pastry chef behind Karamel Paris) and Stéphane Dufour.

Together, they have decided to offer French Toast & Co. a real taste experience, with sweet and savoury French to ast to eat in or take away.

As a guarantee of quality, French Toast & Co. uses products fromlocal, responsible and organicagriculture, right down to the packaging made from plant-based materials.

On the menu, which will evolve according to the seasonality of the products, French Toast & Co. presents a sweet version, plain or accompanied by maple syrup from Canada, artisanal honey from Miellerie Damine, chocolate or artisanal spread.

For the savoury version, French toast is served withorganic farm eggs,avocado, farmhouse goat's cheese from Laiterie de Paris, Paris ham from Maison Gilles Vérot and minced meat from the Limousin region of France.

French Toast & Co. also plans to open its first permanent outlet in the capital in 2019.
