My Free Kitchen), brings out the best of nature in vitamin-packed, light yet delicious dishes. The Poké Bowl is in the spotlight: available as a starter or main course, it is offered in meat, fish or vegan versions. If you're not too keen on poké, the chef offers croques, vegetable crumbles and poached eggs that appeal to vegans and gluten-intolerant eaters alike.

Like all modern hotels, Belleval makes it easy for guests to check in online, and goes even further with the option of loading their key onto their phone in the form of a QR code!

In a botanical spirit designed by Jean-Philippe Nuel, the 52 rooms and suites will be modern cozy nests: in the suites and family rooms, you'll feel right at home. Duck-blue walls, antique furniture, constant reminders of nature in rooms ranging from 16m² to 37m².
