Are you looking for an organic restaurant or tea room in Paris that offers certified gluten-free and lactose-free dishes? Or are you simply looking for a healthy spot with homemade dishes? Then you'll find what you're looking for with My Free Kitchen. From breakfast to dinner and even delivery, My Free Kitchen has something to delight you all day long.

It's not easy to eat out when you're celiac, gluten intolerant or lactose intolerant. Carole, the owner and intolerant herself, has come up with a nice place with her brother, to offer you the possibility of tasting "classic" and delicious dishes.

At My Free Kitchen, dishes aren't just for the intolerant, but for all those who want to eat healthy, tasty, home-made food. Every day, brother and sister come up with a new menu, based around 7 dishes: a cake for 7€, a quiche for 7€, a soup for 5€, a salad for 7€, a dish of the day for 9€, FREEandises for 3€ (muffins, brownies, cookies) and a dessert, a real one, for 6€!

To make these dishes, Carole has concocted a menu with over 50 bases, for pasta, combinations... and has chosen suppliers capable of providing her with "cross-contamination-free" certificates and technical data sheets to ensure that there is no gluten or lactose in the dishes!

At lunchtime, a gourmet menu offers a dish of the day plus cake, salad, quiche or soup for €12.90. On the day we visited, beef and eggplant lasagne was on the menu. Delicious, you could almost go wrong with it. We also tried a fresh salad with quinoa, red cabbage and radish, dressed with a mango-based dressing. The portions are generous, and set us up for the day.

You can also come in the afternoon and enjoy a dessert or FREEandise. A delicious fruit tart, whose secret lies in the use of almond and soy cream. Accompanied by a fine organic Mexican or Ethiopian coffee, carefully selected by Philippe, or a Lov Organic tea, with a 9€ formula, you'll be at the top of your game. Have you ever tried almond milk cappuccino? Maybe now's the time to find out.

For those in a hurry at lunchtime, or far from Cadet, My Free Kitchen has teamed up with Tok Tok Tok and Take eat easy to provide deliveries from 10am to 10pm.

And on Saturdays, anything goes with our 24.5€ Brunch, featuring a savory plate with your choice of toast, omelet or scrambled eggs, seasonal salad, fresh juice, hot drink and gourmet dessert!
