Luxury and chic à la française: that's the credo of the 5-star Bowmann hotel on boulevard Haussmann. We'll show you around.

What could be more Parisian and chic than theHôtel Bowmann, which has just opened its doors at 99 boulevard Haussmann. With 5 stars to its name, the hotel offers the very best in modern Parisian comfort . The Hôtel Bowmann is housed in a pure Haussmann-style building, with its ashlar facade, moldings, typical cornices and, of course, traditional spindly balconies.

Inside, 48 rooms and 5 suites, between 25 and 100m2, offer views of Paris or the garden. Here again, we find the emblematic codes of Haussmann apartments: high ceilings, herringbone parquet flooring, moldings, fireplaces, royal chandeliers and monumental mirrors. Elegance à la française!

Dressed in Carrara marble and Corian for the basins, the bathrooms - with bath and shower for the suites and Japanese-style toilets - offer the essentials of contemporary comfort and luxury, and it's hard to resist spending some time there.

The Bowmann Suite, the most luxurious of the entire hotel, offers lucky guests a 360° panoramic view of Paris and its monuments, thanks to its rooftop/solarium with Jacuzzi and private elevator, of course: the Sacré-Coeur in the distance, the dome of the resplendent Eglise Saint-Augustin, the rooftops of the Opéra Garnier, the majestic Eiffel Tower...

Once you've discovered the rooms, it's time to move on to the restaurant, 99 Haussmann, where chef Grégory Cohen has devised a bistronomic menu. Fresh products, of course, in season and organic: vegetalized organic eggs, wild sea bream ceviche with saké-steamed cockles and Breton lobster cooked in citrus juice, seasoned with wakame for starters; whole fish of the day, cut in front of the customer, a festival of exceptional meats from Olivier Metzger...

For dessert? Baba au rhum with Madagascar vanilla, croquant tout-chocolat, mille-feuilles with Tahitian vanilla seeds... All of these sweet treats can be enjoyed any day of the week, indoors or on the pretty 40-cover hidden terrace, accompanied by a signature cocktail from the hotel's cocktail bar.

Finally, after so many little pleasures, guests are invited to relax even further at the Spa Lacure Officine, where facial and body treatments, tailor-made massages, as well as an 8-metre by 6-metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and fitness roomawait them.
