TheHôtel Lenox Montparnasse unveils its new face, designed by the architectural duo Jean-Michel Tarallo and Elisa Luzzato. The two architects have preserved the Parisian spirit of the building, which dates back to the late 19th century, while offering guests the services of a 4-star hotel - the Hôtel Lenox Montparnasse is a 3-star hotel.
At the beginning of the last century, artists, writers, painters and sculptors stayed at the hotel. Man Ray, for example, long occupied room 37. Depeche Mode shot their first video clip there, while more recently, Christophe Honoré finished shooting his latest Cannes award-winning film, Chambre 212.
Fourteen months of renovation work were needed to refurbish the 52 rooms and 1,000m2 of the Hôtel Lenox. From now on, the small lounge welcomes you in a chill atmosphere on its armchairs and banquettes, where you can pick up a book from the library.
The bar has been redesigned so that customers can walk around it and help themselves to breakfast, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, in line with the honesty bar principle.
The Classic Hic rooms have been designed in shades of blue and gray, while the Dada rooms pay homage to the Dada movement in masculine blacks and whites. Finally, the suites welcome you in shades of gray and black, and tweed, a nod to Chanel and Dior.
