Gatsby Night: Sofitel le Scribe Paris Opéra organizes an exceptional evening to celebrate 60 years of Sofitel

AN ANTHOLOGY EVENING ON THE THEME OF THE ROARING TWENTIES

To celebrate summer and the 60th anniversary of the Sofitel brand, the Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra is organizing "La Nuit Gatsby - Diamond Jubilee", a real leap back in time, inviting Parisians and the curious to experience the Paris of the 20s!

A must-see hotel on the Parisian scene at the time, artists from all over the world enjoyed staying in these magical surroundings, as did Josephine Baker, whose family stayed at the hotel whenever she visited Paris.

For the occasion, the 5-star hotel has decided to pay tribute to this decadent era, and is planning to pull out all the stops: champagne fountain, petits fours imagined by chef Martin Simolka, cocktails, live music... An exceptional evening limited to 200 privileged guests.

To open the evening, a live music concert and a troupe of Cabaret dancers will welcome the first guests at 8pm, followed by a DJ set by DJ Mosey from 10:30pm to 1am.

Sofitel was founded in June 1964 by two visionary French entrepreneurs: Paul Dubrule and Gérard Pélisson. Both shared a common passion for hospitality and a bold vision of creating a luxury hotel brand that would embody French elegance and offer exceptional service to its customers.

The first Sofitel hotel opened in Strasbourg, Alsace, on June 26 1964, marking the beginning of a rich history of success and expansion. From the outset, Sofitel has distinguished itself by its commitment to excellence and its desire to offer guests unique experiences, combining French charm with high standards of service and hospitality. In 2024, Sofitel celebrates its 60th anniversary, the Diamond Jubilee.
