Matthias Cabrières, Sébastien Perissel and Chef Farid Taouche, restaurant specialists, open a new restaurant at Porte Maillot that offers fresh and generous "bistro" cuisine.

Matthias Cabrières and Sébastien Perissel, long-time friends, have a common taste for good food. They have been running La Terrasse du Jardin, at the foot of the Fondation Vuitton, for more than 10 years and have been running the Bistrot Quai, near the Pont de Neuilly, for the past 3 years.
Farid Taouche, the third partner, has a great experience in the kitchen as he worked as a pastry chef at the restaurant of theMarriott Champs Elysées hotel, then at Ledoyen. Then he was second at the Guinguette de Neuilly and chef at the Bistrot Niel.

This team of restaurant professionals decided to open this new address and welcomed François Cuenoud, who is the chef of Lou Bistrot. This globe trotter who has worked in London, Barcelona, France... has finally settled down at Bistrot Niel, where the chef and a menu that changes twice a season as well as a weekly menu .

Among the specialties of Lou Bistrot, you have the terrine with peppered ventrèche and pistachio, the chestnut velouté, the butternut mousseline cod crumble , the entrecote, home made fries and its sauce of the month and to finish the minestrone with exotic fruits, citrus sorbet or the chocolate fondant with its orange coulis

In addition to the generous cuisine of Chef François, you will also appreciate the place and its warm decoration. All the furniture is mismatched, found here and there by Mathias' mother-in-law. You can choose among the 3 different spaces. The table d'hôte that can accommodate 14 people, the"boudoir" space or under the vast glass roof! It's up to you to choose, according to your desires.
