If you're the kind of person who pays a lot of attention to what you eat, or if you have to follow a special diet, we've found a new restaurant that should meet all your expectations.
After launching its foodtruck, Chasseurs Cueilleurs opens its first restaurant in Paris, in the 9th arrondissement. At Chasseurs Cueilleurs, the concept is simple: to offer gourmets paleo recipes, using high-quality produce.
It's quite simple: at Chasseurs Cueilleurs, products are sourced from small local and regional producers, in season of course, organic in the case of fruit and vegetables, the meats are French, the sugars are natural and the dairy products are ofplant rather than animal origin. So don't expect to find gluten, lactose or refined sugar - there isn't any!
Not sure what the paleo diet is? It's a low-carbohydrate diet that favors lean meats, fish, seafood, eggs and low-starch fruits and vegetables . In addition to paleo recipes, Chasseurs Cueilleurs offers a wide range of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
You'll find wraps and bagels, salmon tataki, sliced chicken with raisins and snow peas, vegetarian tarts with seasonal vegetables, as well as healthy yet indulgent desserts like chocolate cake made without wheat flour, sugar, butter or milk (yes, it does!).
In short, it's worth a visit to test it out, isn't it?
