To make these changes, Xavier Auguet (former squash professional, and member of a family of fishmongers) has called upon the former finalist of Top Chef 2015, Jérémy Moscovici, as well as a real Japanese sushiman.
The house now has resolutely gastronomic pretensions, which we were able to verify during our recent test during which we were seated at the large "U" shaped bar, behind which cocktails, seafood platters and ultra fresh sushi are prepared.
It is impossible not to start a meal at the Seafood Restaurant with a seafood platter (from 32 € to 389 € for 4 persons with French Imperial caviar), or with some Uta Beach, Gillardeau, Oléron or Pousse en Claire oysters (from 15 € for 6).
We then move with pleasure to the Japanese part of the menu, with all the necessary sashimi (from 19 € for 5), sushi (from 5 € per piece) or california makis (from 24 € for 8 pieces), all impeccably fresh, and made with art by the Master Sushi of the house.
And how could we not be tempted by Jérémy Moscovici's good dishes, changed daily according to the tide, and offered on a slate that displayed, on the day of our test, a scallop carpaccio (19 €), a lobster a la plancha at a friend's price (49 €) or a beautiful Trouville sole (52 €) weighing more than 750 grams, which is more than enough to satisfy two solid appetites.
Nice desserts, also changed regularly, and a tasting menu at 89 € served for the whole table, through which Jérémy Moscovici makes you discover his colorful and creative culinary universe.
