You’re not feeling like making your own borscht? No problem, Café Pouchkine restaurant – set a stone’s throw from the Madeleine – unveils its Fall-Winter 2019 menu!
For this new season, chef Thomas Rossi came up with a mouthwatering Russian menu. Included in the starters, pumpkin soup and chestnut brunoise or crab cake and gribiche sauce likely to delight fans.
As for main course, we may go for meat with poultry supreme served with buttery celeriac and seasonal mushrooms (girolles, shitakes, and horns of plenty) or for dish with this beautiful roasted sea bass with spelt cooked like risotto, served with dates and pears.
