French and Paris restaurants are living dark times… closed for (way too) many months, scapegoats of the health crisis, many of them might not reopen, unfortunately, once the world will go back to normal.
Luckily, many restaurant owners in town managed to pretty much get back on their feet and have got into delivery, takeaway and click & collect amid the health crisis. They hope it can save them from drowning.
In order to help restaurateurs, Paris City Hall has been offering them – since December 26 – to book stands in Parisian markets. Therefore, as part of the Place aux Restos! operation intending to free stands for restaurants at the market, the City of Paris now offers restaurants to take over 161 stands made available in 50 markets set in all arrondissements in town.
It is expected to help restaurateurs that did not make it yet, to get into takeaway and click & collect! If you happen to own a restaurant in Paris and you like the idea, you can apply now on Paris City Hall website.
