The Sirha Omnivore Festival, the must-attend autumn event for food lovers, celebrates its 20th edition this year with a special focus on Italy! For the occasion, Eataly is hosting the Omnivorious Party on Monday, September 11, 2023, a gourmet and authentic evening, brimming with unlimited Italian specialties, to be enjoyed to the sound of a DJ set.

The Sirha Omnivore Festival, the unmissable back-to-school culinary event, returns to the Parc Floral de Paris from September 10 to 12, 2023 . Bringing together Michelin-starred chefs, up-and-coming talents, producers, winemakers and gastronomy enthusiasts, the festival stands out for its determination to push back the boundaries of contemporary cuisine by breaking traditional codes. This year, the festival celebrates its 20th edition by puttingItaly in the spotlight!

From Saturday September 7 to Tuesday September 10, 2024, the Parc Floral de Paris will host two major events: the Sirha Omnivore and the Paris Coffee Show. For four days, these festivals will celebrate Young Cuisine and Specialty Coffee, with professionals and amateurs coming together for culinary and sensory discoveries. For the occasion, head for theOmnivorious Party at Eataly, on Monday September 11, 2023 from 7.30pm! From the Pizza restaurant to the Osteria del vino, via the bakery, cocktail bar and wine bar, sample the flavors of the Botte to the rhythm of lively DJ sets. On the program for this anniversary evening: tastings of Italian specialties (food and drinks), stands from renowned chefs such as Maison Verot, Rémi Bouiller (Krème), Angelo Pentassuglia (Oronza Pastificio), Henri Guitter (Glazed), and Pierre Sang-Boyer, and a lively musical atmosphere with Konbini on the decks!
