The Sirha Omnivore Festival and Paris Coffee Show are food events not to be missed. They return to the Parc Floral de Paris from September 7 to 10, 2024!
With a varied program, these two events bring together enthusiasts of Jeune Cuisine and Café de Spécialité, with masterclasses, competitions and meetings between artisans, chefs, roasters and baristas.
On the Sirha Omnivore side, the Chef.fe.s Stage will welcome iconic figures such as Anne-Sophie Pic, Mory Sacko and Jean-François Piège, who will share their innovative techniques. Other highlights include debates on topical subjects, such asartificial intelligence in the kitchen or the role of women in gastronomy. What's more, the Omnivore Food Forum stage will offer food for thought on key themes such as sustainability and professional retraining.
At the Paris Coffee Show, coffee aficionados will be able to attend prestigious competitions such as the French Roasting Championship and the Best Coffee Shop in France Competition. Roasting and tasting demonstrations will be led by experts such as Victor Delpierre, Coffee in Good Spirits champion. The Roasters' Village will also be the place to go to discover the subtleties of exceptional coffees.
These events combine gastronomy and coffee to offer exciting discoveries and encounters, not to be missed by the curious and the professional alike. Open Saturday to Monday from 10am to 7pm and Tuesday from 10am to 6pm.
