Art on the water... Fluctuart, a floating urban art center located near Les Invalides, awaits you to discover its exhibitions and rooftop throughout the year. An urban center project that originally came to fruition thanks to the " Réinventer La Seine " call for projects launched by Paris City Hall in 2015. Visitors can discover - or rediscover - the works of the greatest international street artists on permanent display: Bansky, Invader, Keith Haring, JR and Speedy Graffito...

And for those in need of vitamin D, there's the Fluctuart rooftop , an open-air terrace where you can enjoy a drink and a beautiful sunset over the Seine, with"an incredible view of the Grand Palais, the Trocadéro and even the Eiffel Tower". The ideal way to toast the arrival of fine weather...

Fluctuart, designed by Géraud Boursin, Nicolas Laugero Lasserre and Éric Philippon, conceived by Seine Design and in partnership with Artistik Rezo, is entirely devoted to urban art, covering 1,000 m² on three levels ! Free of charge, open to all all year round, this art center brings together some of the world's leading street art artists. The public is invited to discover artists from all horizons, from Greater Paris, the French regions and abroad, whether they be young emerging artists, historic pioneers such as Futura 2000, or world-renowned artists such as Shepard Fairey and Invader.

Part urban museum, part 2.0 cultural center, part platform and residence for young talent, Fluctuart offers a rich and varied program:

The design of this floating building represents a real challenge. Fluctuart wanted to offer a totally modular solution on three levels, spanning 40 m in length and 11.40 m in width.
