To mark Chinese New Year 2024, the Shangri-La Paris has put together a program to celebrate the Year of the Wooden Dragon. Lion dancing, a festive brunch at the Bauhinia and an exceptional menu at the Shang palace are all on the program.

As every year, the Shangri-La, the Parisian palace just a stone's throw from the Trocadéro, invites us to celebrate the Chinese New Year - Lunar New Year. For this year's event, we've got a great program in store.

A lucky charm, the Lion Dance is a must-see. Don't miss this event, which takes place on Saturday February 10 from 11.30am and on Sunday February 11 from midday. This free event, open to all, will take you through the entire palace in a festive acrobatic show.

This year, the palace is innovating with a special brunch on Saturday February 10 and Sunday February 11, 2024. Under the beautiful glass roof of La Bauhinia restaurant, immerse yourself in a warm, festive atmosphere over a special brunch. Accompanied by the Dance of the Lions, and in a setting evocative of Asia, Chef Quentin Testart invites you to savor dishes such as Chop suey, Black Pork from Bigorre in sweet and sour sauce, or Fried Noodles with Yellow Chicken and Crispy Buckwheat. To add to the celebration, the brunch will feature red envelopes, a traditional Chinese New Year lucky charm. Guests will have the privilege of discovering a Shangri-La Paris-style surprise inside these envelopes. Brunch costs €178 per person. Don't forget to book.
