For dinner, the chef offers new dishes such as Wonton Soup or Black Angus, an emblematic dish based on Hua Diao wine and tender beef accompanied by sautéed kale. A light, aromatic recipe for total immersion, opening a veritable window on Asia right in the heart of Paris. But you're also free to indulge in the 60-course à la carte menu for even more discoveries.

The Shang Palace, and in particular Samuel Lee's cuisine, is a marriage of traditional dishes and original products. Constantly on the lookout for new ideas, the chef proposes new dishes such as the excellent Beggar's Chicken, which can be ordered 48 hours in advance. This poultry, cooked in a clay crust and stuffed with mushrooms, is a delight on the palate.
