In Paris, there are several Chinese neighborhoods: the most popular, in Belleville, the oldest in the Temple and in the Arts and Crafts district, and the largest, Chinatown in the 13th arrondissement. Explore Paris and guide Donatien Schramm invite you to discover this last district during a guided tour adapted to children!
With its red lanterns hanging in the sky, this is the district where one inevitably comes to shop for Asian products at the huge Tang Frères supermarket, to taste the best banh mi in Paris, or simply to stroll around and savor this impression of elsewhere in the very heart of the capital. To embark on this trip to the other side of the world, head for the Tolbiac metro station, on line 7 for children aged 5 to 12 accompanied by their parents (or any other accompanying adult).
You will embark on a tour of Europe's largest Chinatown, to discover it in a different way, but above all, in a playful way, to entertain the youngest ones anyway! Discover the anecdotes and the backstage of this place full of traditions, as if you were traveling in China, but directly from the metro line 7! To close the tour, the visit ends with a Chinese snack, so that the little (and big) gourmets can taste these specialties with their families.
The visit is organized by Explore Paris, count 12 € for children and parents over 12 years old, 8 € for children under 12 years old, for a one way ticket to China!
