A weekend on the grass: relaxation and free entertainment in Rambouillet (78)

On Saturday June 1 and Sunday June 2, 2024, Rambouillet is the place to be for relaxation, with a host of events organized by the town during the Pieds dans l'herbe weekend. Come and spend two days with your children at this family event, which is fun and free for all, and take advantage of the sporting and creative activities and small attractions set up especially for the event.

What's on the program? For the very first summer festival of the season, there's plenty of fun, games and entertainment to be enjoyed over two festive days. Carousels, land art, sports activities, giant wooden games, sports tournaments... Or the little ones can take a ride on a motorized merry-go-round, pulled by the adults accompanying them!

• Concert by duo Les Darons: Back to basics. With just a guitar and a voice, Les Darons will make you rediscover in their own way the songs that have marked them. From acoustic covers of Dalida to Clash to Michael Jackson.
• Wanted Revival concert: Dance and sing along to 80s pop-rock hits.

There will be footrucks on site, offering sweet and savoury food for the whole family. For the occasion, the park of the Château d'Eau leisure center will be redecorated for this exceptional weekend, and will be open all weekend long. So head for Rambouillet, in the Yvelines département, on the very first weekend of June, Saturday June 1 and Sunday June 2, 2024!
