La Brasserie du Lutetia has finally decided to open for our greatest pleasure. Running this Parisian institution, three-star chef from Marseille, Gérald Passedat.

After years of work and expectations, legendary hotel Le Lutetia was reopening in July 2018 including as a novelty a jazz bar, a hidden courtyard and a 700-sqm spa.

In terms of food, La Brasserie du Lutetia that (finally) opens this late January 2019 to foodies and gourmets from Paris and elsewhere.

Le Lutetia has hired top chef Gérald Passedat – running the Petit Nice, a 3-star restaurant in Marseille – in order to recreate the menu of La Brasserie du Lutetia. A clear menu in an entirely redesigned restaurant to find its original look from 1910: covering two floors and a wonderful terrace able to accommodate up to 180 guests.

For his first Parisian restaurant, Gérald Passedat throws himself into this adventure, and what an adventure!

Now running a genuine Parisian institution, especially redecorated for the occasion by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the Marseille chef will give free rein to his imagination and creativity to serve, in a dreamy décor, dishes we can guess will be just as dreamlike.

We only have to wait for a short month before discovering all this!
