For the 2016 holiday season, Dominique Saibron has set himself the mission of bringing you the magic of Christmas by tackling the price without touching the quality (Valrhona chocolate, Bourbon vanilla, Ardèche chestnuts).
To achieve this, he offers four logs with notes of raspberry-pistachio for one, chocolate-caramel for another, chocolate-vanilla for the third and chestnut for the last.
Bûche "Rubis aux doigts de fée"
The cookie, made with pieces of raspberry and pistachio, unveils a raspberry mousse and a surprising pistachio crème brûlée, all enhanced by a pistachio praline. Meringues are placed on top of the icing.
La Délicieuse" log
This log will seduce you with its airy dark chocolate mousse, which generously coats a salted butter caramel cream, enhanced by a crispy puffed rice praline and a coconut dacquoise. Delicious chocolate and salted butter caramel macaroons round off this Christmas dessert.
Bûche " Bourbon "
The chocolate and fleur de sel Breton shortbread cookie enhances a chocolate mousse and Bourbon vanilla crème brûlée.
Marron extrême" log
At the heart of its almond sponge cake, flavored with Madagascar bourbon vanilla, is a fine chestnut mousse enriched with marrons glacés.
