For the 2020 holiday season, Anthony Courteille, founder of the SAIN bakery, has come up with an unusual 2020 Yule log for those in search of new flavors and textures.
For gourmets who don't necessarily like traditional logs, the SAIN bakery offers a log with flaky brioche, bergamot, chestnut cream and candied chestnut. A crisp log, available in a 6-person size for 19€.
But that's not all! For the festive season, a selection of gourmet and original breads are also available at the bakery, to go wonderfully well with all the dishes of this long-awaited holiday season!
This year, the SAIN bakery is offering a refined, gourmet terrine with foie gras from the South West of France and the Vendée region, wrapped in old-fashioned sourdough bread. Expect to pay €75 for a terrine for 8 people, to be reserved from December 17 to 24 at: contact@sain-boulangerie.com
