For one evening only, the house is pulling out all the stops to offer a festive, gourmet evening to welcome in the New Year 2025.

New Year's Eve dinner menu at €68 :

• Glass of Champagne Brut Grande Réserve DEVAUX
• Duck Foie Gras Panacotta, raspberry jelly
• Salmon Gravlax, caviar vinaigrette and lemon condiment
• Beef Fillet Wellington, celery and truffle purée or Sea Bass Fillet, creamy butternut squash risotto, beurre blanc, cockles and samphire
• Lemon Entremet, hazelnut shortbread, crunchy meringue
• Mignardises
