Gifts, doughnuts, a candelabra with eight branches, plus one that towers above the others - the folklore of the Jewish festival of Hanukkah is vast, and it's an opportunity for Jews all over the world to get together. This year, the festival runs from December 7 to 15, and all Seine-et-Marne residents can take advantage of the public events organized during this period. Ignitions take place in the main squares of the department's main towns, and admission is, of course, free.
