If you'd like to treat your taste buds and do something good at the same time, then come and taste the Eternamé log by Hélène Darroze on December 10.
Chef Hélène Darroze has teamed up with jewelry designer Sarah Besnainou to ensure that every sale of the Eternamé log brings a smile to children's faces.
And yes, all proceeds will go to benefit La Bonne étoile, a non-profit association created in January 2012, on the initiative of Hélène Darroze, Laëtitia Hallyday and Caroline Rostang.
Hélène Darroze explains, " Sarah Besnainou and I had been looking for a project to work on for a long time, and as Sarah is a real gourmet, the idea of a log whose profits would be donated to La bonne étoile quickly appealed to us ".
A lovely name for an " Eternamé " log, straight from the Greek " rend moi éternelle ", which will also delight your palate thanks to a blend of delicate ingredients, sublimated by a sculptural shape.
A true work of art, this refined chocolate creation, enhanced by the acidity of Kumquat and the roundness of hazelnut, offers a delicious marriage sprinkled with gold leaf.
