Michaël Bartocetti' s Christmas Log at the Shangri-La Hotel Paris is as original as it is delicious. Indeed, as Christmas is above all a family celebration, the chef drew on his childhood memories to find the image of a timeless, aesthetically pleasing toy. So this year, it's a playful spinning top that takes pride of place.
