The famous three-starred chef has designed a log like a plant wall, playing with the notion of verticality and structure.
Behind its original shape, this creation unveils a chocolate-herb-cocoa grove accord. The lively herbaceousness of a blend of tarragon, mint and basil extends the floral notes of the chocolate.
Needless to say, this textural contrast between the creaminess of the crèmeux, the light crunch of the chocolate chip mousse, the softness of the tarragon punched cookie and the sweetness of the chocolate glaze is sure to tantalize your taste buds.
This limited edition log is available in Paris, to order and collect from La Dame de Pic (20 rue du Louvre 75001 Paris).
