At the Peninsula Paris, we're celebrating Easter 2024 in style. The program includes a host of gourmet delights, including a sublime, ultra-gourmet creation, as well as an Easter tea time that's set to go even longer this year.
To mark the 10th anniversary of this emblematic palace, Anne Coruble, the hotel's talented Pastry Chef, unveils an exceptional and unique creation that captures the very essence of gourmandise and springtime renewal: the Signature Egg " L'Éclosion ". This culinary work of art, inspired by the "Dancing Leaves", the Bohemian Crystal structure in the lobby, rests on a base of cocoa-tinged foliage and delicately reveals its heart through ten petals, evoking the hotel's ten years of excellence.
Undoubtedly one of the best Easter chocolates we've tasted this year, this creation combines finesse and taste. Imagine a thin shell, legible flavors and a gourmet praline - we recommend it with our eyes closed.
Whether it's Nicolas Bergé's dark chocolate base, topped with a creamy ganache blending milk chocolate, green vanilla and blue vanilla, or the budding egg hiding a generous buckwheat praline with smoked vanilla almonds, all wrapped in Madagascar milk chocolate, everything is to die for.
This creation doesn't just delight the taste buds; it also celebrates a decade of French history, elegance and glamour in the heart of the capital.
