Fortunately, the gourmet competitions organized by the Chambres de Métiers et de l'Artisanat (Chambers of Trades and Crafts ) in the Paris region are there to give us a helping hand. After the winners of the best galettes des rois inEssonne, Seine-et-Marne, Val-d'Oise and Greater Paris, discover the best almond galette 2025 in Yvelines, according to a ranking established by the jury of the department's bakers' federation! The verdict was announced on November 13.
In 2025, gourmets and lovers of frangipane will meet in Gargenville. Maison Bourguignon, located at 22 avenue Mademoiselle Dosne, won first prize in the"Employers" category for the best 2025 almond cake in Yvelines. The Gargenville bakery-patisserie, run by Rodolphe Bourguignon, has thus come out on top and won the latest edition of the department's best almond galette competition.
As the store reminds us on its social networks, Maison Bourguignon has already won first place in the Best Galette des Yvelines competition in 2017 and 2021, as well as the Best Galette d'Île-de-France award in 2022. The establishment was also one of the finalists for the Best Galette de France in 2023.
With this new title, Maison Bourguignon succeeds Maison Haelewyn (Marly-le-Roi), last year's winner in the same category, but also in the"Employees" and"Apprentices" categories.
In the " Employees " category, Camille Marquet from L'atelier d'Antoine in Gazeran took first place this year. Finally, Marion Bonnetain, fromAtelier des 2 frères in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, took first prize in the " Appentis " category.
