And three more! After having already invested two huge spaces (Kwerk Haussmann and Kwerk Bienfaisance) in the 8th district, Kwerk opens a third high-end coworking space, at 18, rue de Courcelles, still in the 8th district.
The opening is scheduled for May 2020, but what we already know is that this new building of 6400m2 will offer services on 9 floors! It will be able to accommodate about 700 permanent members and 100 one-day seminar members.
The layout, design and furniture of each floor will be adapted to the needs of companies wishing to set up their headquarters, create a project-based lab, organize strategic seminars or receive clients.
This new Kwerk will offer, like its brothers, large volumes, with plays of transparency and light, just to work in a nice environment.
1100m2 of green space including vegetated terraces and a large 300m2 rooftop garden with a 360 degree view of Paris complete the wellness offer, as does the innovative ergonomic furniture (adjustable table, seats to support the spine...).
A place conducive to concentration and well-being, a must for working. Especially since spaces dedicated to sports, yoga and meditation will also be integrated on all floors to give workers the opportunity to combine work, creativity and well-being.
