Two urban farms reopen in Paris 18th arrondissement

Two urban farms reopened on June 2, 2020 in Paris 18th arrondissement: the Petite Ferme de la Goutte d’Or, and the Ferme du Jardin d’Eole! This is the occasion for children and grown-ups to go and meet animals.

Did you know that there are urban farms in Paris? And good news for families, two of them are reopening in Paris 18th arrondissement! The first one is set in the Square Alain-Bashung, it is the P’tite Ferme de la Goutte d’Or. The second one is the Ferme du Jardin d'Eole set in the heart of the eponymous park. Managed by Fermiers de la francilienne, these spots welcome children and adults looking for something new to discover.

In these pedagogical farms, meet chickens, sheep, rabbits, and you can even pitch in. It will make families looking for playful outings with their kids very happy. A way to promote a return to nature, as Paris is trying to become an eco-friendlier capital.

By the end of lockdown, both farms reopened on June 2, 2020. Children and adults can meet little inhabitants every day from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and up to 9 p.m. for the Ferme du Jardin d’Eole. A wonderful family outing likely to make children and their parents happy who can enjoy this charming place in Paris.
