Navigo pass refunds: RER B, C and T12, last day of the compensation campaign

Île-de-France Mobilités is wrapping up its compensation campaign, which is due to be launched when the punctuality of a transport route falls below 80% for at least three months, affecting daily users. These users can benefit from a refund of up to one month's Navigo pass. For 2024, five RER B and C lines are concerned, as well as the T12 tramway. How can you benefit if you are concerned?

This campaign, which was launched on March 18, 2025, closes at midnight on Tuesday April 15 ! It applies to you if you are a resident of Ile-de-France, a Navigo subscriber (Annual, Senior, imagine R, Month, Solidarity) and regularly use the routes below. You must live or work in one of the zones concerned, and be able to justify this at the time of your request. Simply log on to your account and access the online platform, to claim up to 88.80 euros, the current price of the monthly pass.
