In November, we're taking part in Smoke-Free Month, a collective challenge to smokers who want to give up cigarettes. From initiatives to advice and information, here's what you need to know to succeed in this potentially decisive challenge!

Tobacco-Free Month is an opportunity for smokers to put an end to cigarettes for good. For the whole month of November, challengers are invited to take up the challenge of not smoking for 30 days - and maybe even forever, because it would be a shame to stop just yet!
