To mark the inauguration of the Terrasse des Jeux, the City of Paris is organizing a free concert this Saturday, July 20, 2024. On the program? Poupie, Jungeli, Eva and The Avener to round off the evening in style!

On the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the parvis de l'Hôtel de Ville is hosting the Terrasse des Jeux. Described as"a sporting and festive spot" in the heart of the capital, and accessible free of charge, the Terrasse des Jeux will offer a host of events throughout the Paris Games.

"Both a venue for festivities and competition, the Terrasse des Jeux is a place where as many residents and visitors as possible can celebrate the Games together, free of charge. It will be open to all from July 20 to September 8," explains the City of Paris on its website. Among the highlights not to be missed? The start of the Marathon Pour Tous and 10km on the evening of August 10, the 80th anniversary ball of the Liberation of Paris on August 24 and the arrival of the Paralympic flame on the Parvis on August 28.

It's in the heart of the capital, on the Hôtel de Ville forecourt, that the Terrasse des Jeux is setting up to bring you the festivities of summer 2024, from July 14 to September 8, 2024. This site, branded "Club 2024" by the Paris Olympic Games organizing committee, promises competitions and celebrations, offering a free platform accessible to all. [Read more]


Accommodating up to 2,500 people simultaneously"in classic configuration" and up to 12,000 for highlights, the Terrasse des Jeux unveils two giant screens with live broadcasts of competitions, 6 sports and para-sports areas, and a main stage dedicated to sporting, artistic and musical performances!

It's on this very stage that 4 artists are scheduled to perform live this Saturday, July 20, 2024, to mark the official opening of the Terrasse des Jeux. On the program? French artist, performer and composer Poupie. In 2021, Poupie released her debut album"Enfant Roi", featuring featurings with Jul and Guaynaa.

Another artist expected on the Terrasse des Jeux stage on July 20? Young Sevran artist Jungeli, known for his songs " À moi " and " Petit génie ". Eva, formerly known as Eva Queen, will also be on stage.

Finally, to get you dancing at the end of the evening, don't miss the dj set by Nice-based The Avener. Thrust into the spotlight in 2015 with his debut album"The Wanderings of the Avener", the electro artist has made a comeback with " The Morning Sun ".
