For Valentine's Day, from February 12 to 16, 2019, Le Boudoir pastry chef Pablo Gicquel is offering all lovers the chance to enjoy a limited-edition Valentine's Day pastry on site or to take away.
He has imagined a refined heart-shaped entremets for two, with a glaze sprinkled with sugared almonds and alyssum petals. The almond cookie with a heart of lychee and raspberry, enrobed in a tender mousse, contrasts with the cheesecake-like crunch.
A tasty entremets that's sure to fan the flames of even the most passionate lovers.
