It's been ten years since Stéphane Macquaire set down his hairdressing scissors at L'Adresse, a stone's throw from the Elysée Palace. A former consultant and trainer in the luxury goods industry for many years, Stéphane Macquaire has made L'Adresse a place in his own image, where calm, benevolence and minimalism prevail.
Trusting a new hairdresser is never easy, and the fear that he or she will cut your hair too short, or simply not listen to your requests, is always present. Let us reassure you right away: at L'Adresse, listening is the strong point of Stéphane and his entire team of professionals.
Once you've sipped your welcome coffee, you sit down in the armchair, facing the mirror, and answer the many questions posed by the owner , who will try to pinpoint every detail of what you have in mind. Would you like to adopt bangs, go blond, change color or go for a very short cut?
This creative visagist and the other hairdressers, colorists and visagists at L'Adresse are there to advise you, taking into account your figure, style and hair type, and to reassure you too. But they'll always follow your desires and tastes, always with kindness, attention, patience and an innate sense of detail.
Prices: €80 for a cut/brushing on short hair and €90 on long hair by Stéphane Macquaire, €60 and €70 for cuts by other salon members. Looking for color? Hair colors start at 45€, with ammonia-free or natural pigments.
Whether you're looking for ombré, bronde or hair contouring, balayage costs between €65 and €95, and for even more intense blonds, such as platinum or polar blond, L'Adresse offers services from €95. These are very reasonable prices for the area, but also, and above all, for the care and attention given to each customer.
In fact, we spent no less than 4 hours on site for a balayage on very long hair, accompanied by treatments, a patina to perfectly blend the blond and prevent excessive regrowth at the roots, and a haircut by the hair maestro. And what happiness!
Comfortably ensconced in the (massaging!) armchair of the rinsing tank, we enjoy a discreet, electronic music playlist, let ourselves be lulled by the scalp massage, and the boss even takes care to put a cozy cushion around us to make us even more comfortable during the patina application. As for the products used, they're all natural: the shampoo has a sweet, candy-like scent, while the bleach is odorless - no more heady ammonia.
During the haircut, Stéphane Macquaire, as delicate and committed as ever , again takes the time to confirm our desires with us; then executes, scissors in hand, with brio. A moment of intense relaxation and well-being, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris, that sets us up for the rest of the week. Our new favorite hair salon.
