Are you used to climbing walls in the capital's climbing gyms? Then this competition, organized for the second year by Climbing District , is for you! You'll need to find a sidekick if you hope to take part in the Team Boulder Arena, which is open to amateurs who climb regularly, as well as professionals! On November 4, 2023, your pair will face a circuit of boulders, to be completed in under 4 minutes, in order to tackle the 20 obstacles and be one of the 12 best teams to reach the final!
This year's KO circuit welcomes some of the best international climbers to Les Buttes-Chaumont. 240 athletes will be present, including France's Mejdi Schlack, Paul Jenft and Fanny Gibert. Many of these athletes are due to take part in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, a golden opportunity to see them in action before the competition - and for free! While the climbers of the day have to pay to take part, anyone can come and cheer them on in the 19th arrondissement.
The North Face brand, partner of the competition, will be giving away equipment and accessories to participants, while spectators will also be spoiled with a host of surprises on site. The prize for the winning teams: €10,000 to share! Note thatmixed teams are allowed for amateurs. If you'd like to take advantage of this opportunity to discover climbing, the ground-floor hall will remain open during the competition.
