Breast cancer is a cause to fight for all year round, not just duringPink October. That's what theCasiopeea association, set up in 2015, is doing, offering sports outings to encourage group physical activity. This Sunday, June 2, 2024 sees the end of the Lien Rose, an 880km cycling challenge that began in Mulhouse on May 26 and ends in the Bois de Vincennes, during a beautiful rally and giant picnic.
If it's too late to take the start, you can join the convoy of sixty or so participants, pedaling for a good cause and giving visibility to women's fight against the disease. Supported by the Fédération Française de Vélo (French Cycling Federation), this event invites all enthusiasts and those who wish to do so to get on their bikes and head for the capital, for a great ride through the streets of Paris, in solidarity.
This Saturday, the cyclists will leave Nemours, in Seine-et-Marne, and head for Saint-Germain-lès-Corbeil, in Essonne, on Sunday, before arriving at the Vélodrome Jacques Anquetil at around 10 a.m., where the parade will take off through the capital!
