The city of Paris is in the starting blocks for the 2024 Paralympic Games! The excitement is starting to build, after a particularly successful Olympic Games, which brought together millions of people around the world and especially in the capital. While we await the start of the disabled sports competition, we're taking advantage of the cultural, artistic and sporting events organized by the city and region around the Games, to give ourselves a foretaste!
For several months now, cultural institutions have been catching on, with an explosion in the number of exhibitions, festivals and other sports-related events attracting the interest of the general public. Breaking, judo, climbing, fencing, handisport - these are just some of the exciting disciplines to be discovered in a fun way, with friends or family, over the coming weeks, before seeing them live in the capital or on television, to support our French athletes!
The majority of these events are part of theCultural Olympiad, which has been presenting a multi-disciplinary artistic and cultural program for several months, combining art, culture and sport.
