Everyone knows that Paris hosts the Roland-Garros tennis tournament every year, but another international tennis competition also takes place in the Paris region, on the clay courts of the Stade Français. But the Open du Stade Français is not for adults, but for players under 14, and brings together the best players from all over the world, from July 10 to 16, 2023.
Gaël Monfils, Richard Gasquet, Alexander Zverev and Caroline Garcia have all played in this youth tournament! For this 33rd edition, which celebrates the 140th anniversary of the Stade Français, the young talents will have the chance to shine on the clay of the Faisanderie, and then at Roland-Garros for the grand final! Over the course of a week, some 1,500 young players of 50 different nationalities will battle it out on the historic Saint-Cloud site, which hosted the first clay-court tennis internationals in 1912.
