This Roland Garros is definitely like no other! After Rafael Nadal 's exit in the first round and Novak Djokovic's injury, this is the first time since 2015 that a tennis legend will not be present in the final on the Paris clay! Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, who came out on top against new No.1 Sinner, will face Germany's Alexander Zverev, who defeated Casper Ruud. See you on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at 3pm!
The Court Philippe-Chatrier will play host to yet another anthological final, a change from the usual line-ups and even unprecedented at this stage of the competition at Roland-Garros. Although the two adversaries have met many times on other courts, this is their very first final in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. A first victory for one of the two, then, after a fine match to look forward to on your screens if you haven't had the chance to find a seat!
While Alcaraz is regarded as the favorite, having already won two Grand Slam titles, Alexander Zverev seems to be on a roll this year, despite his legal troubles. At 21, the Spaniard is the youngest player to reach the final on all three surfaces. As usual, the match will be broadcast on France Télévisions and Amazon Prime Video.
