Not everyone will be able to watch the French Open at Porte d'Auteuil... But in France, the clay-court tennis tournament is broadcast live. Once again this year, France Télévisions has to share the cake with Amazon Prime Video, Amazon's streaming service, to broadcast the Grand Slam tournament. But how are the matches divided between the two channels?
In contrast to last year, Prime Video has seen its share reduced, and now only broadcasts the 11 evening sessions, with the match of the day, from 8.15pm, on the Philippe-Chatrier court, as well as the two best quarter-finals. The vast majority of matches are broadcast on France Télévisions channels, France 2, France 3 and France 4, from 11 a.m. until the end of the day.
However, the two platforms will be co-broadcasting all matches in the women's and men's singles tables from the semi-finals until June 9. It is also possible to follow the matches on France TV Sport's various digital platforms, from your smartphone, tablet or computer.
