Jake Bugg fans, we have good news since the young British artist is coming back with a new and fourth album called “Hearts That Strain” (out in September 1, 2017). This album follows “On My One” out in 2016. Let’s remind us all that Jake Bugg also released two multi-platinum recordings “Shangri La” (2013) and “Jake Bugg” (2012).
For this album, recorded in Nashville, Jake Bugg does not do things by half. He surrounded himself with famous and Grammy Awards winning producers: David Ferguson and Matt Sweeney. He also asks the best musicians in pop history like The Memphis Boys, Gene Chrisman and Bobby Brown from the legendary American Sound Studio.
For a first overview, Jake Bugg reveals a single written in collaboration with Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys): “How Soon The Dawn”.
In addition to “How Soon The Dawn”, Dan Auerbach also plays on the rockabilly track “I Can Burn Alone and In the Event of My Demise” and Noah Cyrus (Miley’s little sister) lent her voice to “Waiting”.
To promote this new opus, Jake Bugg will offer a series of intimate and unplugged concerts throughout Europe. In Paris, the artist will take over the stage of the Alhambra on Wednesday October 25, 2017.
