After Hellfest, American Celtic punk band, naming Dropkick Murphys, is back in France in 2020 with two shows scheduled on Saturday February 8 and Sunday 9 at Paris La Villette Zénith.
If you’ve never heard of them, know that their fame is deeply regional and attached to Irish traditions. Dropkick Murphys has even performed a lot on Saint Patrick’s Day.
Then, very quickly, its fan community grew, especially thanks to album “The Meanest of Times” released in 2007. Since then, the band has released several albums including “Going Out in Style” in 2011, “Signed and Sealed in Blood” in 2013 and “11 Short Stories of Pain & Glory” in 2017.
Committed, energic and generous… Packed with guitars, banjo, accordion and bagpipe, Dropkick Murphys Celtic rock promises to electrify La Villette Zénith for their two new Parisian concerts!
A piece of advice: don’t forget tickets go on sale on Friday June 21, 2019 at 10 a.m. (CEST).
Please note these French dates won’t be the only ones for the band that are scheduled in Europe since Dropkick Murphys has also planned to take over cities of Amsterdam, Hamburg, Brussels, Vienna and even London.
